A 4 oz jar of our Happy Quail Farm Wholly Mullie Pepper Sauce — thick, almost chunky with plenty of full-fruit pepper-flavor without the heat.

Our Happy Quail Farm Pepper Sauces are thick, almost chunky with lots of full-fruit-pepper-flavor
We puree our whole fresh farm-grown Mulatto peppers, a few of our hotter peppers, with a touch of onion and garlic, Nana Mae's Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Sugar and salt. Nothing more, its all about the fruity flavor of the peppers. This year w have partnered with Happy Girls Kitchen from San Francisco to minimally process our Hot Sauces using only the finest, locally-sourced natural ingredients to enhance the fresh flavor of our peppers.
Available in individual 4 oz jars:
Wholly Mullie - Rich and flavorful Mulatto pepper sauce without the heat.Also available:
Cayenne - Spicy and tart with a fruity sweetness.
Smoky Cayenne - The addition of smoked Guajillo Peppers adds a little sultriness to the spice.
Mostly Strictly Mullie - Same as Wholly Mullie with a touch of heat.
Habanero- Very Spicy, a little sweet and very hot. Brings a sweat to your brow.
