Description

Four 4oz jars of our Happy Quail Farm Pepper Sauces and one 16oz jar of our Award-winning Farm-Style Relish

We puree our whole fresh farm-grown peppers, with a touch of onion and garlic, Nana Mae's Apple Cider Vinegar, and salt. Nothing more, its all about the fruity flavor of the peppers. Minimally processed our Pepper Sauces use only the finest locally-sourced natural ingredients to enhance the fresh flavor of our farm-grown peppers.

Our Happy Quail Farm-Style Relish recipe was inspired by a traditional Winsberg family favorite, a bread and butter pickle originally taken from an old Rumford Baking Powder Cookbook.
Using a mix of our fresh farm-grown mild or spicy peppers, and onions, and reducing the amount of salt and sugar from the original recipe by over 60%, we have created two fresh, flavorful relishes for today's contemporary palate. Try our Happy Quail Farm-Style Relish, available in pint jars of Original Spicy or Sweet.

Four - 4oz jars - one of each of the following:

Cayenne - Spicy and tart with a fruity sweetness.

Smoky Cayenne - The addition of smoked Guajillo Peppers adds a little sultriness to the spice.

Wholly Mullie - Rich and flavorful Mulatto pepper sauce without the heat.

Habanero - Very Spicy, a little sweet and very hot. Brings a sweat to your brow.

Plus, one 16oz jar of your choice of relish:

Farm-Style Relish - Spicy - A little Spicy, our family recipe.

Farm-Style Relish - Sweet - A pinch of sugar in our traditional family recipe.

They [Happy Quail Farms] were the first ones few years ago that introduced me to the padrón peppers, thank you!

We live in fly over country and are lucky enough to know the Happy Quail folks and have turned friends in Mid MO into Padrón fans. Happy trails to Happy Quail!
