Assorted Pepper Sauce 5-Pack

A 5-Pack of 4oz jars of our Happy Quail Farm Pepper Sauces — thick, almost chunky with plenty of heat and lots of full-fruit-pepper-flavor.

We puree our whole fresh farm-grown peppers, with a touch of onion and garlic, Nana Mae's Apple Cider Vinegar, and salt. Nothing more, its all about the fruity flavor of the peppers. This year we have partnered with Happy Girls Kitchen from San Francisco to minimally process our Hot Sauces using only the finest, locally-sourced natural ingredients to enhance the fresh flavor of our peppers.

5-Pack of 4 oz jars:

Wholly Mullie - Rich and dark, made with our mulatto peppers. Full of intense pepper flavor without the heat. Cayenne - Spicy and tart with a fruity sweetness. Smoky Cayenne - The addition of smoked Guajillo Peppers adds a little sultriness to the spice. Habanero - Very spicy, a little sweet and very hot. Brings a sweat to your brow. Ají - Essential to many Peruvian dishes, rare in the US. The heat is similar to Tabasco or Cayenne Sauce.
